Charlotte Webb is Project Manager, Student Engagement (Digital) at the University of the Arts London. She manages institutional research and projects that investigate students' experiences of digital technology for their learning. She is also undertaking an art practice-based PhD at Chelsea College of Art, which investigates the effects of the web on the artist's agency.

Charlotte has organised a number of art and technology events for UAL, including 'Open Data as a Creative Material', a seminar and workshop in partnership with Central Saint Martins and the Open Data Institute. She is a tutor on the Developing Academic Practice unit at the Centre for learning and Teaching in Art and Design.

As well as her own art practice and research, she is a member of art collective 'Glasshouse', which formed at a Hackathon at Tate Modern. Glasshouse are currently exploring the field of digital labour, and will be presenting their project 'The Work We Want' at the Web We Want festival at London's Southbank Centre in May 2015.

She has been a DeL conference committee member since 2012, and a champion of UAL student involvement in the conference.
